The lawyers and staff of Harper Grey live and work in our community. We are drawn from our community and do our best to serve it. Our culture is therefore founded on giving back. We give more than money - we invest our time, expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm, all with care and compassion. One of our most substantial D&I initiatives is Life in Law (LiL), a readily accessible resource for women lawyers in Canada seeking help balancing life with a legal career, that was launched by Harper Grey in early 2020. Our diversity fosters innovation and excellence and allows us to serve at the highest level. We champion a workforce that celebrates differences and values unique perspectives. Our firm-wide programs, leadership commitment, and vision all focus on maintaining and expanding the diversity of our firm’s lawyers and staff, and creating an environment in which we, our clients, and our community can flourish. |
