Please describe your diversity programs and initiatives	We have founded the BCF Diversity and Inclusion Club, a consultation forum open to all. The D&I Club makes recommendations to the Social Responsibility Committee and proposes, on a regular basis, diversity and inclusion activities or initiatives. The D&I Club focuses on various areas such as sponsorships, events, awareness and training. The bonification of parental leave is part of our diversity and inclusion practices. Since January 1, 2023, our enhanced policy has enabled all our permanent employees with at least one year's continuous service to maintain 100% of their basic annual income for 25 weeks, for all types of parental leave (adoption, maternity, parental, paternity).
