Additional partnership / advancement information	The Firm’s Talent Framework provides our professionals with multiple career paths, including counsel and partnership roles. The Firm has adopted a two-tier partnership structure comprised of equity and income partners. Generally, lawyers will be eligible to be invited to apply for consideration for admission as income partners after six full years of active practice, and as equity partners after three full years of active practice as an income partner. While these are the minimum timelines, in practice it often takes longer than six and nine years respectively to meet the rigorous admission criteria and receive an invitation to apply to either level of partnership.
