Please describe your diversity programs and initiatives	At Bereskin & Parr, we understand that when a workplace prioritizes diversity of thought and not only welcomes authenticity, but wholeheartedly encourages it—amazing things happen. That’s why we make it a priority to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into our culture. Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee actively promotes an environment that appreciates diversity, embraces inclusion, and fosters equity and belonging. The committee’s members include senior and junior lawyers, human resources, and executive managers. These members span genders, cultures, religions, and many belong to the BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities.
