Please describe your diversity programs and initiatives	One of our partners was the Treasurer of the Law Society and very involved in the Justicia Program to support the retention and advancement of women lawyers. This partner was also involved in the Law Society's working group on the retention of women in private practice. Our firm practices diversity on many levels. Two of our firm's lawyers are visually impaired - the firm accomodates all their needs with this impairment.
